The Story Behind

The founder of this company aspired to be a contractor since he was in the fifth grade of high school. The ambition started when he saw his friend’s beautiful and big house. His father’s friend is a successful man in the construction field.

From there he began to cultivate ambitions to become a successful contractor. He decided to continue his studies at the Foundation Center of IIUM under the Architecture course and then continue his degree in Quantity Survey at IIUM.

The founder has worked in several giant Malaysian contractor companies such as Naza TTDI and AZRB. He gained a lot of experience as a quantity surveyor and also a project engineer.

After several years of work, the founder decided to open his own business by taking on small jobs such as wiring, building fences, ceiling plaster and painting. The founder himself did the wiring work assisted by his brother and sister who are experts in the field.

All work was done by hand including painting and lifting stairs at the beginning of the business until he fell off the stairs while doing work.

Armed with the words of wisdom, Advance 1% every day and don’t give up, after several years of testing and determination of patience, the founder managed to build a team consisting of professionals such as project engineers, interior designers and electrical engineers.

With an experienced team and certified person, the company is now able to carry out projects worth more than RM2 million at a time and completed many projects successfully.
